Person
Taribo West (born 1974) is a retired Nigerian footballer known for his aggressive defending and distinctive hairstyles. He played for Inter Milan, AC Milan, Derby County, and other clubs. West was part of Nigeria's 1996 Olympic gold medal team and played in two World Cups. His physical strength, aerial dominance, and fierce tackling made him feared by strikers across Europe. After retirement, West became a pastor while remaining involved in football. His colorful personality and excellent defending made him a Nigerian football legend.
